Terms and Conditions

1. Collection of the membership pass must be done at Sunway Lost World Of Tambun’s membership counter upon verification of original MyKad / MyKid / I-card / Multiple Entry VISA.
2. Validity period of the membership pass will be activated upon purchase.
3. Card will be processed / activated within 5 working days from sign up and receipt of full payment.
4. Pass members must present original Lost World Explorer Ranger Pass card and MyKad / MyKid / I-card / Multiple Entry VISA for verification purposes during entry.
5. Pass is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Entry wristband(s) redeemed are valid for ONE entry per card per day with original MyKad / MyKid / I-card / Multiple Entry VISA.
7. Lost World Explorer Ranger Pass is strictly for kids aged 5 years old to 12 years old only.
8. Lost World Explorer Ranger Pass is strictly for Explorer Rangers classes (Flexi Class and Classes Alive) on Saturday and Sunday from 3pm – 6pm only.
9. Lost World Explorer Ranger Pass is not applicable for travel agent and tour services. Only for personal use.
10. Lost World Explorer Ranger Pass will be considered void if terms and condition are breached.
11. Lost World Explorer Ranger Team shall email out the Explorer Rangers Class Registration for parents to make booking for class arrangement.
12. No cancellation, extension, changes and/or replacement of classes will be made upon confirmation of booking.
13. Prior reservation of 7 days is required and confirmation is subject to availability.
14. Renewal price is only valid within 3 months of pass expiry date, thereafter will be consider as new sign up.
15. Card replacement fee will be charged for each lost card.
16. Redeem your Lost World Explorer Ranger Pass card at our reception from 12:00pm – 8:00pm daily.
17. Customer must produce the original e-Voucher Confirmation to redeem their membership card at membership counter.
18. The Management reserves the right to close Lost World venues and cancel events and activities without prior notice.
19. Lost World Explorer Ranger Pass is subjected to the Terms and Conditions as specified by The Management of Sunway Lost World Of Tambun.
20. No exchange, refund, revalidation, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstances.
21. No cancellation will be allowed upon confirmation of purchase.
22. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. By visiting Sunway Lost World Of Tambun, you voluntarily assume that there will be an elevated risk of exposure to Covid19 in a public space.
23. As part of our ‘Play With Confidence’ safety procedures, please maintain social distancing and you’re encourage to wear face masks while in our park.
24. With the purchase and/or use of the online ticket(s), you are agreeable to the terms and conditions and general rules and regulations of Sunway Lost World Of Tambun.
